Test Process and Module Engineer (Platform)
Job Description
- Product Platform Validation (PPV) Test process and Module engineer responsible for equipment hardware/software installation and qualification for new product by deliver flawless pre-mature A0 stepping power-on include collaborate closely with STTD / PDE.
- Collaborate and be the interface between technical organizations for continuously improve on software, equipment features and engineering process.
- Development responsibility involve proliferation and qualify new version of software deployment, installation, qualification and bug troubleshooting on the platform and handler.
- Intercept with handler GUI, PLC, APSE Activate software stack qualification.
- Well known about FAST control systems or Agila that include all the common parts troubleshooting, understand all their AIC integration at MB / AC PAN architecture.
- Withhold of strong knowledge / skills of interface between SEC column configuration towards platform level debug to avoid / reduce significant impact that cause by MIYL.
- Consistently provide technical troubleshooting support, trainings/coaching, response flow checklist, best known method to manufacturing tech team.
- Manage next level technical issue escalation from manufacturing tech team to Analyse and identify potential root cause, and recovery action by using FMEA, structural problem solving, CAPA and proactively perform data analysis to mitigate sustaining excursion risks.
- Able to lead task force and ensure continuous breakthroughs of the tools/module improvement and stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Electrical, Computer / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Basic coding, database experience, and analysis knowledge in Excel, JMP, Power Platform, SQL, C++, Python, Power-BI etc.
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience required.
- Soft Skills / Behavioral Traits: Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail and self-independent.
- Capable to timely manage multiple assignments and meet the deliverable timeline.
- Well communication skills, teamwork and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated Program Management skills to plan out the project flawlessly, timely.
