Job Description
Graduate Talent Engineer that proficient in equipment and collaterals maintenance/repair/conversion to determine problems in none functioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process which includes and are not limited to faulty hardware debug, failure mode recovery, strategies plan to troubleshoot defects collaterals or equipment based on priority set by engineering/manufacturing, managing ad-hoc requests or experiments, basic data analysis/commonality failure study, hardware rework/conversion, improve on learning/BKM/debug steps and potential extended support equipment execution for operation remote support/completing lots/work orders/WIP in the queue.
Respond to escalation flow if downtime is prolonged or exceeded the predefined threshold or beyond competency.
Partner and learn from peer Intel engineers or Field Service Engineer (suppliers).
Document AAR for each escalation to reduce/eliminate future escalation.
Assist or partner with Intel IT/network/Apps team in troubleshooting/repair or IT/network/Apps engineering activities.
Assist to oversee daily TRB operations and need ensure all collaterals are running seamlessly at peak efficiency.
Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Provide training, mentorship and coaching on TRB competency, best practices, work attitude to achieve KPI.
Ensure that sustaining activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
Develop AI scripting.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics Engineering and Electronic engineering or related fields.
Soft Skills: Self-driven and ability multi-task in complexity environment included decision making and judgement. Strong verbal and written communication, able to provide comprehensive update on work progress and also engineering data compilation
Software: MS word, excel, JMP, Allegro, PPT, Email Communication, AI Dev Software, PowerBI, PowerApps, SQLPathFinder with coding skills as bonus to excel in daily works.
Leadership: Self-sufficiency, able to manage the stakeholders, able to work well with co-workers and lead project.
Environment: Safety 1st, Self-Discipline, Strong Motivation, Teamwork, Fast Learner, Independent, Dedication, Innovative, Fearless etc.
