Senior DFT Engineer

Job Description

As a DFT engineer you will be responsible for:

• Development and implementation of DFT architecture
• Design and verification of DFT logic and components
• Generation of high-quality test and debug patterns
• Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support

• The job is located in Tel-Aviv\Caesarea

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer
• Scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl)
• Chip design, Verilog and System Verilog
• Verification, UVM methodology ATPG tools
• Experience with Mentor tools
• Familiarity with ATE

Advantage-

• Experience with DDR / PCie/ SerDes testing
• Static timing analysis
