Global Employee Services Business Analyst
Job Description
This role is for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Business Analyst specializing in process improvements and project management to join our dynamic Global Employee Services team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing HR processes and projects that enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and align with the strategic goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and collaborate with HR teams to ensure process changes are effectively communicated and adopted.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage internal projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR leaders and business units to understand business needs and translate them into actionable process improvements.
Change management:
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other stakeholders on new processes and tools
Qualifications
� Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred. � Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HR process improvements and project involvement. � Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices. � Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. � Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR systems (i.e. Workday, Service Now) is desired � Project management skills, experience in participating or leading projects � Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. � Certification in Automation or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.Inside this Business Group
