DCAI Strategic Planning Sr Director
Job Description
Intel is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Senior Director – Strategic Planning and Roadmap for DCIA.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Working closely with the VP Product strategy and planning, define the long-term vision and roadmap for the DCAI group at Intel.
This includes crafting the BoD presentations to articulate the strategy.
Assisting with the Long-range planning
Working closely with the market and competitive analysis team to identify opportunities and threats.
Working closely with executive stakeholders and business leaders to optimize resource allocation, align strategy and execution, and respond to changing market dynamics.
Translating business objectives into actionable product strategies
Driving transformation initiatives across the organization:
Working closely with cross-functional teams in strategy and, operations, finance, and systems and tools to execute on transformational initiatives (e.g., Cost optimizations, etc., process efficiencies, etc.)
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate product strategy effectively to various stakeholders, including executives, and sales.
Metrics and Analysis:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Analyze product data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Track progress towards product goals and adjust the strategy as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business or related discipline with 12+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience across a multitude of executive roles and experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in recognizing external market shifts and technological trends, translating them into competitive opportunities, mobilizing the technical community to act.
Preferred Qualifications
- Broad technical knowledge in Data Center and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep technical experience across cloud Si, software, networks, and systems.
- Experience in management consulting,
