Graduate Talent (Software Application Engineering)
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities for this role include
- Meeting with multi-geo stakeholders to understand their business processes targeted for automation, analyze, and translate requirements into systems solution for implementation and strive to deliver measurable business outcome.
- Understand problem statement, design solutions, and get buy off from stakeholders. Create use cases, customer scenarios, as-is and to-be process mapping, KPIs, UX wireframes for ideation, partner with development team and facilitate acceptance testing.
- Communicate and influence effectively across multi-functional domains, pull together the right people and partner with the right teams to facilitate engagement and get results using strong networking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Plan the project execution and work closely with developers' group to deliver quality deliverables on time. Work with other team members together, leveraging experience from other as well as giving a helping hand to others who needs help.
- Render support to the end users.

Qualifications
- 0-2 years' experience in web development and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- C#, Angular, React web development and REST/Web APIs
- Microsoft SQL Server/PostgreSQL experience where able to write queries and store procedures (with moderate complication joins and aggregation)
- Experience with source control tools such as GitHub is a plus.
- Experience with the CD/CI tool is a plus.
- Data analytics and Power BI/Looker experience is a plus.
- Advance computer science data structures and algorithms experience is a plus.
