Graduate Talent (Finance Accountant)

Job Description

• Perform monthly accounting posting and ensuring compliance with generally accepted reporting standards for scope assigned including (but not limited to) prepare/ review/ certify Journal Entries in compliance with US GAAP, SOX control
• Trouble shooting and issue resolution of JesManage and execute Master Data Governance requests align with process governance and applicable policy.
• Drive operational issue resolution, ensure customer and/or client requests or events as they occur are attended to by the team timely.
• Participate in on-going system/process simplifications and improvement projects.
• Support ad-hoc request (e.g. analysis, tax audit, yearend audit and etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, 0 to less than 2 years' experience will be considered.
• Passion to learn, great teamwork, engage with the business with strong partnership skills
• Ability to work independently to help business identify and solve issues
• Ability to effectively communicate with people across different levels of the organization.

Working Model
