The Talent Planning & Acquisition (TPA) organization is responsible for hiring the best and brightest talent for Intel. We are a team of committed professionals dedicated to leveraging technology, business insight, and customer service to deliver exquisite hiring experience to candidates, hiring managers, and business partners. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic Talent Acquisition Account Manager to drive Recruitment activities for one of our largest Business Units(BU). Our Talent Acquisition Managers maximise the operational performance of the recruiting function, solve complex hiring challenges while meeting all critical success indicators. They develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including RPO leadership, Intel business leaders, TPA account managers, TPA global partners (e.g. Legal, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity), and business unit hiring champions/managers.
In this individual contributor position, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- developing & owning local talent acquisition strategy to support the forecasted hiring demand for the BU.
- ensuring business strategies and customer requirements are understood and translated into actionable plans in alignment with TPA Global Account management.
- developing and cultivating strong relationships with multiple Talent Acquisition stakeholders and partners.
- working closely with and influencing Intel senior management/ local BU leadership on talent strategy.
- establishing close relationship with partner RPO Leader to ensure clear communication on shared ownership and accountability of recruitment processes and deliverables; co-developing & co-owning local talent acquisition plan(s) to support forecasted hiring demand for BU/ country; ensure seamless delivery while hitting all key goals/metrics, SLA timelines, and other recruitment-related success criteria.
- continually monitoring recruitment trends and drives conversations to identify opportunities to continuously elevate both candidate and management experience.
- Develop higher education and college engagement strategy, with focus but not limited to activities such as demand planning, talent pipeline health, strategic campus engagement, intern and graduate programming to grow future pipeline for Intel.
- Scale innovative education initiatives and external partnerships in support of Intel's commitment to diversity and our community.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- the candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience Talent Acquisition.
- Technical recruiting experience is an advantage.
- business oriented and commercial approach to HR programs and initiatives: ability to quickly understand, connect the dots and translate business priorities into HR implications and actions.
- strong execution capability: able to prioritize, devise action plans, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes.
- excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- ability to pivot in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- proven record developing strong partnerships, influencing across broad set of stakeholders.
- ability to develop data analytics and solve complex problems.
- executive presence and influence: able to articulate objective, principled and clear point of view to business leaders and HR stakeholders to establish personal credibility.
