Business Development Lead - Strategic Programs PMO
Job Description
Intel Government Technologies (IGT) is responsible for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies. Intel Government Technologies works with and across the defense industrial base (DIB) and partner ecosystem to deliver mission solutions to USG customers.
IGT's Mission:
Drive rapid, sustained, profitable growth of Intel's business in the Federal markets in partnership with product, research, and foundry teams while maintaining compliant execution of programs. Our objective is to establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors. The right candidate will work directly for the Strategic Programs Office PMO and will help develop and implement strategies to expand our offerings. These programs are designed to expand the trusted manufacturing of leading-edge semiconductors for the U.S. Government. The programs build on previous projects between Intel and the Department of Defense such as Rapid Assured Microelectronics Prototypes - Commercial (RAMP-C) and State-of-the-Art Heterogeneous Integration Prototype (SHIP).
The candidate that we are looking for will have the following key skills but not limited to:
Work in an ambiguous environment, when there are constant demands for data and structure that may not currently exist.
Support the IGT Manufacturing PMO with growth strategies to ensure effective management of the team.
Once identified, it is expected the incumbent will be able to advocate Intel's capability offerings, drive projects and build-out customer strategies to leverage the capability/capacity of the secure enclave.
Drive strategic relationships between an integrated device manufacturer and the defense industrial base especially a top five provider to Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
US citizenship required.
Active US Government Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business fields such as engineering, math, science.
9+ years’ experience with microelectronics product development, or research and development through technical readiness levels or foundry operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Master's degree in technical or business fields: MBA, engineering, math, science, or a related fields preferred.
10+ years' experience in the government market for microelectronics.
Experience in the Defense Industrial Base and/or an Integrated Device Manufacturer.
Experience with US Government funded contracts and USG regulations (FAR, CAS regulations) governing such contracts.
Experience in Shipley to drive opportunities.

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
