NM site SORT/TEST Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
The New Mexico Disaggregation Manufacturing Organization (NM DMO) is growing rapidly and working to combine SORT/TEST across multiple technologies. As part of this exciting growth opportunity, the NM site is seeking Industrial/Manufacturing Engineers (IE/MEs) to join our team as key contributors to startup, ramp, and development for Sort/Test.
In this role, you will leverage a variety of technical skills and relationships across all of the New Mexico Disaggregation Operations (NM DMO) as well as the Virtual Factory network to enable the factory's success. You will have a unique opportunity to work alongside a team of peers with the intent to drive production efficiencies, provide data analysis, and influence/implement new systems and applications.
Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Develop reports, tools, and strategies to manage tactical WIP (Work in Progress) flow through the factory.
Provide inputs and requirements for new Automation tools/reports/UIs (User Interfaces) Troubleshoot report and application issues.
Develop and review key indicators to measure factory performance and provide recommendations to factory management.
Act as a liaison with other factory groups such as Module/Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Integration, Planning and Automation, as well as Virtual Factory counterparts.

In order to provide direct support to the factory during startup, this role will require onsite presence for a minimum of six months. There may be opportunity to move to a hybrid work model at a later date, dependent on startup and ramp factors.
This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Master's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
6 + months experience in semiconductor fabrication process and/or equipment, or 6+ months experience in a manufacturing environment.
Database knowledge
Reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, SQL Pathfinder, Toad, etc.)
Experience with Data Analysis (Excel, JMP, SQL, etc.)
Scripting experience (Python, JSL, etc.)
Operations Research knowledge (Theory of Constraints, Linear Programming, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Science, etc.)

Working Model
