NM DMO XIU Inventory Analyst
Job Description
The New Mexico Disaggregated Manufacturing Organization (NM DMO) is growing rapidly as it brings Foveros HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) to life under a single organization with all segments of the process co-located at a single campus for the first time. As part of this growth, we are seeking an XIU/SIU (Sort Interface Unit) Inventory Analyst to join our team for startup and ramp of the new Die Sort and Wafer Sort processes for Fab 9 in New Mexico.
The Probe Card Inventory Analyst is a unique and globally connected role which crosses disciplines between engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing. This role includes partnering closely with the Die and Wafer Sort Probe Card Engineering teams and Manufacturing teams to manage probe card (XIU/SIU) inventories, budgets, schedules, and forecasts for the department, as well as collaborating with other Die Sort and Wafer Sort organizations around the world.
The scope of this role may include but is not limited to:
- Compiling and analyzing a variety of data sets to forecast probe card requirements for the factory network and using the data to make inventory and purchasing recommendations to senior managers at all sites
- Being the primary point of contact for Fab 9 Die and Wafer Sort communication regarding probe card delivery schedule, PO placement, and inventory status
- Collaborating with other Virtual Factory (VF) XIU/SIU Inventory Owners and the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team to resolve supplier constraints and drive resolution to technical issues, as well as ensuring all controls/procedures, and engineering change orders are in place and followed
- Maintain a pulse on process issues to ensure impact to Sort factories is comprehended and accounted for
- Optimize cost and output capabilities through collateral sharing strategies across the VF

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors OR Masters in an Engineering field, preferably Industrial OR Manufacturing Engineering
- 1+ year experience in semiconductor fabrication process and/or equipment, OR 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment
- Work schedule flexibility to partner with counterparts across the globe including Europe and Asia

Preferred Qualifications
- Database knowledge
- Reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, SQL Pathfinder, Toad, etc.)
- Experience with Data Analysis (Excel, JMP, SQL, etc.)
- Scripting experience (Python, JSL, etc.)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas)
- Experience managing suppliers; preferably Intel Suppliers
- Knowledge of finance practices; preferably Intel finance practices
- Previous experience working with probe cards/SIUs

Working Model
