Senior Backend Physical Design Engineer
Job Description
- Physical implementation of next generation high performance AI accelerators in advanced technology nodes.
- Full ownership of all RTL2GDS flows including timing, power, formal and physical verification signoffs.
- Power oriented design including PI/SI flow development for full system models (Die / Package / PCB)
- Work closely with System, Design, DFT teams
- Location: Tel Aviv / Caesarea
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as Backend Engineer
- Experience in RTL2GDS flows and methodologies (synthesis/P&R/physical verification/timing signoff)
- Scripting skills - TCL / python
- Familiarity with RHSC and performing EMIR/SIPI analysis including HFSS – Advantage
