Project Management Analyst – Product Quality Systems
Job Description
The Engineering Project Management Analyst leverages their technical background and strong knowledge of project/program management techniques and data driven analytical methodologies to collaborate with project/program teams. Works directly with project/program managers to help implement project/program objectives, support variable technical and process aspects of projects, and provide direct assistance to ensure timely execution. Identifies business requirements, functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, maps them to systems capabilities and recommends technical solutions. Reports data led insights to key stakeholders, facilitating optimal decision making. Engages directly with key BU/domain stakeholders on matters of significance to meeting program/project objectives. Assists engineering project/program managers to develop and maintain project/program management infrastructure in areas such as issue tracking, reporting, dashboard monitoring, deck building/storyboarding, project plan builds, monitoring and analysis, etc. Provides project/program plan trend analysis and control including analysis, research, development, and maintenance of the project/program data. Maintains awareness of emerging engineering trends and project management techniques. Provides recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use.
Main responsibilities:
Tool and System Management: Manage and maintain PLC tools and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve processes related to product development and lifecycle management. Find inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various stages of the product lifecycle to provide insights and support decision-making. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports for stakeholders.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of PLC tools and processes. Provide technical support and training to team members.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure that UPLC tools and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and conducting audits as needed.
Conducts quantitative and qualitative analytical research to support project/program goals, including tracking project progress and efficiency, identifying performance gaps, assessing project/program risks and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines.
Aids engineering project/program managers to develop and maintain project/program management infrastructure in areas such as issue tracking, reporting, dashboard monitoring, project plans, monitoring and analysis, etc.
Qualifications
You must possess the below Minimum Qualifications to be initially considered for this position. The following preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related fields relevant to engineering.
2+ years of experience in the following areas:
IT applications, infrastructure interdependencies, Linux commands and/or cloud services - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Project Management.
Power BI dashboards.
Intermediate to advanced English Level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in iQUAL, HSD-es, UPLC tools (UGS, UES, EMS), Atlas.
