Job Description


For this role we are looking for candidates with a broad platform HW knowledge, debug and structured testing skills, knowledge of computing systems and SW architecture and fully passionate for getting the best performance from integrated systems. Data extraction skills, client package knowledge and SW scripting skills are desirable.


The applicant should demonstrate strong discipline in all work areas, persistence in pursuing the best out of a computing system. As well as knowledge on electronic lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, VNA, DAQ, device soldering and rework, schematics interpretation, among others.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION.


Qualifications


Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered. Preferred or desirable qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active student on the following fields: Bachelor's degree in electronic, Mechatronics, Electrical, Computers, Computing Systems Engineering or similar.

  • At least 50 percent of engineering program completed.

  • Lab experience (or validation / debug field work).

  • Skills / knowledge in the following fields: platform HW architecture and design, system validation and debug, SW architecture, computing systems, performance work experience.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills (written and oral).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in system level architecture analysis across different platforms components: CPU, Memory Graphics subsystems, Neurological Processing Units

  • Board design knowledge,

  • Scripting language: Python, C++, Bench

  • PC architecture knowledge (main computer components and connection knowledge).

  • Benchmarking competitive analysis knowledge.

  • Statistical, data analysis, basic data science knowledge.
