Employee and Labor Relations Manager
Job Description
- Consults and collaborates with HR Business Partners, Legal, Internal Audit, Security, Government Affairs and others on complex employee and labor relations issues and investigations.
- Partnering with ELL, develops proactive labor relations strategy and maintain positive labor relations with local labor authorities, workers councils, Intel labor unions and employee representative bodies.
- Monitors caseload and investigation quality and analyzes trends and serves as primary escalation point on HR investigations.
- Partners with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement consistent framework for proactively anticipating,
- improving and resolving employee and labor relations matters across all levels of the organization.
- Influence company policies and practices to ensure the company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
- Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee and labor relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee concerns.
- Leads organizational initiatives on compliance and employment topics, including key worldwide employee relations tools, policies and templates.
- Uses available data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies to foster positive employee relations in the business.
- Responsible for enabling direct and matrixed teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management and driving team results.
- Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manages complex Employee Relations investigations.
Qualifications
