Business HR Partner
Job Description
- Partners with HR and business group's management to implement end of end HR strategy at the business unit / division/regional/country level, such as strategy workforce planning, Human Capital Planning, talent management etc. Engage with business groups in HR program delivery. Actively contributes to the culture of agility and innovation.
- Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Leverages foundational organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group and organizational functioning.
- Partners with the business to drive workforce planning, business unit restructures, and succession planning, ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner. Regularly makes decisions that impact the attainment of project objectives and resources of employees.
- Responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment.
- Analyzes data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.
- Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
Supports the transformation of the Business HR organization into a strategic learning organization that aligns to LEAN principles, efficiency and upskilling across Business HR.

- HR acumen: Demonstrate ability to connect the dots across HR COE solutions efficiently and effectively, to be able to help in major people movement redeployment redundancy activities, provide seamless advice to leaders and maneuver adeptly within a large, matrix organization.
Accountability and collaboration: Accountable for meeting business expectations and is willing to partner with HR peers to drive common site HR roadmap across business groups. Ability to collaborate with other HR functions to deliver HR services and solutions to the business. - Compliance: Keep high standards of compliance for all work responsibilities
Employee/ Leadership coaching: Provide excellent coaching to employees, managers and leaders. Know when and how to provide constructive feedback and team effectiveness interventions - Effective communication: Practice effective listening and communication. Able to build trust and influence business partners and other stakeholders.
Data analysis and problem solving: Collect and use facts, numbers and statistics to identify patterns from problems. Can form and lay out story lines and course of actions that solve business problems. - Strong execution capability: Able to make and deliver commitments and identify priorities. Ability to deploy HR solutions by pulling in critical resources and managing stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field, with at least 10 years of working experience.
Strong desire to work and deliver results in a fast-moving, dynamic, global, team-oriented environment to achieve goals in creative and effective ways - Demonstrate strong ability of continuous learning, multiple stakeholder management, problem solving, initiative and communication.
- Demonstrate passion for program management, case management and customer-facing work
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of organization.
