Job Description


Parallel Computing Labs (PCL)-India (part of Intel Labs) is looking for motivated researchers in the area of parallel and distributed computing research and computer architecture applied towards Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning and High-Performance computing. In this position, you will be responsible for investigating relevant software and hardware techniques with the goal of converting these into products and fueling Intel's growth. This requires a good understanding of state-of-the-art techniques in parallel computing, machine learning, distributed, architecture specific optimization of algorithms, benchmarking, and computer architecture. You must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work in a demanding team-oriented environment.

Qualifications


Qualification: 1) Enrolled in a Master or Doctoral Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience 2) Experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Understanding, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Algorithmic Foundations of Optimizations, Machine Intelligence, Data Mining (Artificial Intelligence) 3) Architecture and performance analysis of Deep Learning Workloads 4) Explore HW/SW co-optimizations. 5) Programming experience and proficiency in C, C++, python

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
