Global Enterprise Sales Director
Job Description
Team Dell is a high-performance sales team that is looking for a customer obsessed sales leader that continually demonstrates Intel values and delivers results. This sales leader's responsibilities will include leading our Dell Global enterprise infrastructure business as the Team Dell Global Data Center Account Director. This leader will manage the DCAI and NEX business with Dell Technologies globally and be responsible for Intel revenue and the relationships with Dell Technologies ISG business unit, including account management, executive relationships, revenue/volume and supply chain to support Dell global ISG business. This role reports to the Team Dell Global VP of Sales.
The scope of the role includes traditional enterprise business as well as developing new growth and revenue streams such as AI, Cloud, HPC, HCI etc..
As a manager, this individual will set priorities for the Dell DC field team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. This is a commissioned sales position.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for a team that drives Dell ISG business revenue, managing account strategy and supply support.
- Responsible for managing executive relationships at President/CXO level with Dell ISG group
- Managing and driving coordination with global sales development team for Dell ISG business growth.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven track record of setting vision and strategy and delivering results. We have enormous opportunity in Core server growth and AI. We need a leader to set a bold direction to drive hyper-growth with Dell.
- Proven track record with global customer sales and relationship management.
- Broad international experience, combined with demonstrated ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures
- Ability to travel as needed
- Knowledge and experience in Data Center and AI markets, segments and solutions, including being able to represent Intel at key customer and industry events.
- Ability to be an enabler of high performance teams and demonstrated experience in managing people and sales teams.
- Proven track record of successfully working with industry customers.
- 10 plus years IT industry experience.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree on a technical field such as EE, CE or CS or business field.
- 10 years of high tech sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience selling to a large MNC OEM or cloud team.
- MS degree on a technical field such as EE, CE or CS or business field.
