Technology Product Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technology Product Manager to translate long-term business objectives into actionable technology product strategies and implementation roadmaps. You will drive all portfolio decisions, including product goals, roadmaps, forecasts, and backlog prioritization, with customer satisfaction as a key business lever. You will represent the technical group as a strategic partner of an Intel business unit for full-stack business process solutions and own the delivery of a portfolio of technical products and capabilities.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Translate long-term business objectives into actionable technology product strategies and implementation roadmaps.
Drive portfolio decisions, including product goals, roadmaps, forecasts, and backlog prioritization, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Represent the technical group as a strategic partner of an Intel business unit for full-stack business process solutions.
Lead the planning phases (proposal, concept, feasibility) for new capabilities to identify high-level technology needs and roadmaps, assess feasibility, and collate customer expectations.
Manage a working group of technology product owners to refine and prioritize portfolio backlogs, drive cross-team coordination, and manage risks, dependencies, trade-offs, change management, and value realization during the release cycle.
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, and product performance.
Identify user needs through primary and secondary research, define product requirements, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver products successfully.
Collaborate directly with the Business Unit (BU) to translate business strategy and objectives into actionable vision, roadmaps, goals, requirements, and value delivery in line with long-term strategy.
Manage the customer relationship and represent IT as a strategic partner of an Intel Business Unit for full-stack business process solutions.
Lead the learning phases (proposal, concept, feasibility) for new capabilities to validate feasibility, define high-level technology needs and roadmaps, and finalize customer expectations.
Own and manage portfolio goals, roadmaps, forecasts, and backlog priorities, incorporating customer feedback and integrated work product acceptance.
Ensure portfolio backlog content, priority, sequencing, and timing are transparent to all stakeholders, including Business Unit, Program Managers, Managers, Architecture, and Scrum Product Owners.
Lead a Product Owner (PO) working group made up of POs from their scrums, executing portfolio backlog refinement, driving cross-team coordination, and managing priorities, status, trade-offs, escalations, impediment removal, scope changes, risks, dependencies, and value realization during the release cycle.

Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to successfully lead a complex, cross-organization program.
Excellent communication skills, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aware of progress and help needed for program deliverables.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with6+ years of experience, OR a Master's degree with4+ years of experience, OR a PhD with 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field.
6+ years of experience with Technical Product Management and Software Development/Management practices.
5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-IT/BU engagement via forums, steering committees, and communications while driving accountability to action.
5+ years of experience leading programs in large Enterprise Application development areas, and extensive business knowledge in SAP ecosystem.
5+ years of organizational financial and techno-functional leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Product Management certification.
Knowledge of SAP ERP systems such as ECC or S/4 HANA and Vistex V4 Rebate system.
Experience deploying software programs and leveraging the latest best practices and methodologies.
