Job Description
Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Owning safety within area of influence ensuring systems operate reliably to avoid manufacturing impacts by meeting up time goals.Responsible for Operations, Maintenance of existing facility system. Responsible for 7X24 supporting semiconductor manufacturing without interruption, conceptual design, system improvement and project extension.Electrical system includes Power utility management, Power distribution line, Middle/Low voltage equipment, Protection relay coordination, generators, UPS, variable speed drive, etc.Control system includes Industrial control architecture, PLC, SCADA, Database management, measurement instrument, control valves, Gas detectors, etc.Develop SOP (standard operation procedure) for daily operation and Maintenance. Analyze system reliability. Apply Design, Material Standard, Specification to sustaining project in phase of contracting, construction, test and commissioning and tie-in. Responsible for training and role modeling a commitment to quality, methodology and technology development.Ensure projects to meet design criteria, scope, budget, and schedule. Delivering operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions. Effective collaboration with construction and operations teams in the field and seeking opportunities to achieve system reliability with competitive cost.Results are delivered through the application of engineering skills and tools systematic problem solving statistical, validation of system performance collaboration with the Site Facility management team, suppliers, and key stakeholders. In-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine and ensure compliance to existing standards, specifications, building codes, and processes.
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. We will keep you informed updates and steps related to this transaction.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical methods, including Statistical Process Control, Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to lead cross-functional teams for issue resolutions.Ability to communicate strategic and tactical concepts across a wide range of employees like engineering peers, operational technicians and management.Good troubleshooting, presentation, teamwork and collaboration skills, work with all levels of management and a diverse customer base, including technical and non-technical partners.Some travel may be required to support specific project assignments.Good multitasking and organizational skills.Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.Must have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Theory and Control Science or equivalent.Inside this Business Group
