Bulk Gas Commodity Manager
Job Description
Develops and manages internal and external relationships to provide sustainable cost, quality, availability, and technology solutions while adhering to procurement policies.
Partners with a diverse stakeholder base to lead and develop multiyear commodity strategies based on business/market intelligence, long-term analysis of the category/commodity, and the supply ecosystem.
Acquires and maintains industry, market, and technical knowledge of commodities.
Leads supplier sourcing, selection, and performance management.
Negotiates purchasing contracts, statement of works, and pricing for goods and/or services.Drives cost-saving opportunities in partnership with suppliers and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
May develop new supply chain models for new or existing products or service

This role belongs to GPM (Gas, Precursor, Metal team) in Global Material Organization which is a part of GSEM organization.
The Bulk Gas Commodity Manager is responsible for Cost, Quality related commercial activity management, Availability and Supplier Development /Performance Management for bulk gas commodity, for example: H2, O2, CO2, Argon, etc.
Responsibilities include:
conducting market analysis, owning and implementing strategic sourcing plans, negotiation and contracting, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, spends and forecast management, supplier performance and escalation management and developing, initiating, and driving cost savings initiatives at supplier and commodity level. You will be partnering with factory engineers, corporate service team, finance, legal and bulk gas infrastructure team meet Intel's CQAT need.

Able to clearly present information through concise communication including in complicated projects/situations
Solid data analytical skill
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess at least one of the 3 following degrees; plus, the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
Master's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
