Full Stack Engineer
Job Description
A Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications. They should be proficient in a variety of programming languages and frameworks to create functional and visually appealing web-based solutions. The primary objective of a Full Stack Developer is to ensure seamless integration and smooth user experience across all layers of web development.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement full-stack solutions, combining responsive front-end design with scalable back-end systems. .Net, Angular are MUST. Python is nice to have.
2. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design and develop user-friendly interfaces, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
4. Build efficient and secure back-end functionalities, including server-side APIs, database management, and integration with third-party services.
5. Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving technical issues, debugging and troubleshooting code, and implementing performance enhancements.
6. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality, usability, and efficiency of the application.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions and continuously improve the development process.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery of milestones.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members when required.
10. Maintain code documentation, version control, and adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of experience in .Net, Angular, Javascript, CSS, React
2. Strong proficiency in both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design) and back-end (.Net, C#, Python, etc.) programming languages.
3. Experience with popular front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, Laravel, etc.).
4. Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries.
5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN), agile development methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
6. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design techniques, and front-end performance optimization.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve software defects efficiently.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
10. Strong attention to detail, commitment to code quality, and ability to meet deadlines
