Who we are:
Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies. Intel Federal works with and across the defense industrial base (DIB) and systems integrator (SI) ecosystem to deliver mission solutions to USG customers.
Intel Federal's Mission:
Drive rapid, sustained, profitable growth of Intel's business in the Federal markets in partnership with product, research, and foundry teams while maintaining compliant execution of programs. Our objective is to establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors.
The Subcontracts Manager's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and organizational practices to ensure compliances supporting federal program execution
- Supports and understands regulatory and operational environment governing federal government contractors, including, but not limited to, FAR, CAS, information handling, audit, and contractor systems
- Collaborates with Intel engineering/technical and business specialists to synthesize technical, commercial, financial, and industry inputs to build business strategies
- Represents the organization to federal customers, auditors, government officials, and industry partners and negotiates Intel's positions with these groups and advocates Intel's business interests while ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
- Implements all phases of organizational regulatory, contracting, and compliance strategies to ensure continued ability to deliver on federal contracts
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants.
Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizenship Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Law
- 6+ years of industry professional experience and some Government Acquisition experience with FAR, DFARS, CAS and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly TINA)
- 6+ years of experience in contract request for proposal requirements, development and subcontract letters generation
- Experience evaluating the cost and price effectiveness of supporting Subcontract actions, and negotiation
Experience in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post graduate degree
- Government Request For Proposal expertise sections, Specific Contract requirements (SOW), FAR flow downs, Proposal response requirements and Proposal evaluation factors compliance

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
