Change Management Practitioner
Job Description
As the Transformation and Change Practitioner you will be responsible for driving and coordinating the execution of Change management plans. You will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders and employees along on the journey to change. You will contribute to the execution of activities to assess impact, prepare, introduce and influence acceptance of change. This may include coordinating with others or leading directly the areas of employee communications, business process management, training support and user experience.
Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are technical in nature. U. S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.
Change Management Practitioner will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Close partnership with the project manager and workstream lead
- Execute CM strategy and plan and monitor and control the plan
- Integrate CM resource plan and budget into the overall project plan
- Drives CM contributions and deliverables in the PLC
- Define and partner with CM Stakeholders
- Execute CM deployment plan
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following behavioral traits:

- Business consulting: Business acumen with an understanding of Intel's strategy, business and product groups
- Analytical capabilities: See the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and determine appropriate interventions to address business challenges
- Project management: Execute fundamental project management skills where needed and appropriate
- Tolerance for Ambiguity: Navigate and develop a path in the face of a fast-paced changing environment that may include unpredictability, conflicting directions, and multiple demands
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership having exhibited interpersonal people skills and a history of building trust among peers, business partners, and key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's 7+ years of experience or Master's Degree 5+ years of experience.
Experience must include:
Organizational development, training, change management or human resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Intel experience in HR, organizational development, Change Management (CM).

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
