Sales Applications Engineer
Job Description
This is a commission-based position that seeks a talented Sales Application Engineer with expertise in notebook and PC technologies to join Team Samsung. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business opportunities, driving collaboration with Samsung and contributing to new sales initiatives. This role requires a mix of technical acumen, customer relationship skills, and business development insight. Key Responsibilities �Serve as the primary technical contact for Samsung, ensuring seamless integration of Intel technologies into their notebook and PC products. �Collaborate with Samsung to understand their technical needs and propose tailored solutions. �Provide technical training, demonstrations, and post-sales support to Samsung and their end customers. �Work closely with the Samsung sales team to identify and drive new business opportunities. �Act as a technical advisor, staying updated on the latest trends in PC and notebook technologies and sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders. �Lead technical discussions during the design and implementation phases with Samsung, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. �Support marketing activities by contributing to product positioning, technical documentation, and promotional events. Required Skills � Solid understanding of notebook and PC architecture, including CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, and connectivity technologies. � Experience working with OEMs and navigating their unique product development cycles. � Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, device drivers, and system optimization techniques. � Familiarity with Intel-based platforms and their unique benefits in notebook/PC applications. � Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. � Proven ability to manage technical projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines. � Experience in identifying and supporting new business opportunities.Qualifications
�Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience. �5+ years of experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or similar role focused on notebook/PC technologies. �Demonstrated success in working with OEMs and delivering technical solutions to customers. �Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical initiatives with sales objectives. �Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) is required. �Familiarity with cloud computing, AI PC capabilities, or emerging technologies in the notebook space is a plus.Inside this Business Group
