Vice President and GM -High Performance Computing Systems
Job Description
Position Overview: Intel is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Vice President and General Manager of our High-Performance Computing Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of our HPC business, overseeing all aspects of product development, sales, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic business plan for the HPC unit, aligning with company goals and market trends.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensuring the development of cutting-edge HPC solutions that meet customer needs and exceed industry standards.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, leveraging market insights to identify new opportunities and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, serving as the primary advocate for the HPC business unit.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HPC team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Play a key role in recruiting top HPC talent across target disciplines.
Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements, adapting the business strategy as needed to stay ahead of the curve.
Ensure operational efficiency and financial performance of the HPC unit, optimizing resources and managing budgets to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 20+ years of experience.
8+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology industry, with specific experience in high-performance computing or related fields.
8+ years or experience in HPC market dynamics, including industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
5+ years of experience in maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers, driving collaboration and driving customer satisfaction.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
