America's Customer Business/Program Analyst
Job Description
This role is for an Americas Enablement and Solutions Customer Business / Program Analyst. The job will require close collaboration with BU's and stakeholders in multiple locations and around the world. Will partner closely with a cross organizational team to enable business solutions globally, while helping to define long term scalable solutions, models and capabilities that will help grow across revenue channels.
Responsibilities will include day to day customer support with invoices, order management and creating new business documentation. TheCBA/PA will work closely with Global leads, BU's, account teams, customers, and cross-SMG to ensure appropriate channels are followed and processes managed efficiently and effectively. Be an interface between operations and the BU, thinking global first to ensure Global Regional Operations impacts are recognized and managed. TheCBA/PA willalsohelp to enable Softwareand Services Transformation workwhile also enabling business supply chains as they land by ensuring customer setup activities are effectively managed through business operations, logistics, and credit,at the same timeconfirming capabilities and processes are followed.
Desired skills needed for success in the role:
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, including willingness to adapt style and content to diverse audiences from executive level to IC.
Willingness to build and maintain a wide stakeholder network including senior levels.
Willingness to influence a wide a varied audience towards new solutions. The CBA/PA is required to have extremely close collaboration with various BUs, CPLG, BMG, Credit, Legal, Global Tax, Global Trade, Field and Operations.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years related experience and with advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain operation or related field.
