Job Description

In this position, you will be part of a multinational team with members based across several countries within EMEA region. The team supports Intel's business units (BUs) in Research and Development, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources etc.
In this role, you are the key point of contact for the business units (BUs), employees and IFM supplier. On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Represent Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team and be responsible for executing site operations in a safe, cost-effective, high quality, compliant, and environmental way.
Oversee Operations, Facilities, Space Planning and other services onsite.
Cooperate with Construction Project Managers to ensure projects are implemented per site needs and with minimum impact.
Manage the organization's budget to ensure sufficient resources to meet operational goals, while striving to maximize efficiency in all areas.
Manage facility and / or building services contract based on agreed scope of work with the suppliers. Manage this as performance-based contract.
Oversee day-to-day activities of contractors on-site and interfaces with customers ensuring services and assets are operated and maintained according to service level agreements.
Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. Work closely with facility occupants ensuring proper maintenance and facility assets are appropriately provided and assigned.
Ensure the facility and its procedures comply with all regulations in each applicable jurisdiction (i.e., local, state, federal, national, Foreign Trade Zone).
Oversee the execution of a portfolio of services contracts, while establishing a close partnership with suppliers.
Develop and help execute comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan relative to projects and services.
Manage incident response and communications activities.
Represent relevant scope areas in infrastructure projects (i.e., from positioning to room acceptance).
Have excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to work with and influence multiple business partners and foster collaboration within REWS organization.
Understanding of different tools, systems and processes.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Very good knowledge of English and Polish language.
General requirements:
A Site Operations Specialist is expected to show some capabilities needed to fully succeed in this role. Some of the required set of skills for this role are outlined below:
Analytical Thinking: ability to organize and analyze data and information accurately to identify relationships and detect patterns and trends to gain insights for decision making.
Domain Expertise: Knowledge of a specific, specialized discipline or field to perform a set of activities and accomplish targeted business objectives.
Communication: Ability to listen effectively, communicate verbally, and communicate in written messages to convey meaning, clarity, and impact in a way that engages the audience.
Problem Identification: Ability to identify inconsistencies, problems, or improper functioning of processes, equipment, or complete/partial systems and identify the root cause of the occurrence based on experience and scientific knowledge/testing.
Regulatory Compliance: Ability to drive all steps and initiatives an organization needs to execute to comply with relevant laws, policies, and regulations to conduct business in an area/geography.
Site Operations: Knowledge of on-site operational procedures and practices including materials preparation and receiving, packaging, storing, and shipment of supplies and materials.
Supplier Management: Ability to assess supplier performance, define and set expectations for quality and delivery, and maintain supplier relationships.
- This this a fixed position for 24 months.
