Intel Government Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies. Intel Government Technologies works with and across the defense industrial base (DIB) and systems integrator (SI) ecosystem to deliver mission solutions to USG customers.
Intel Government Technologies' mission is to drive rapid, sustained, profitable growth of Intel's business in the Federal markets in partnership with product, research, and foundry teams while maintaining compliant execution of programs. Our objective is to establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors. Intel Government Technologies is looking for an energetic, strategic, and engaging technical content development specialist to serve as a Strategic Content Solutions Manager. The Strategic Content Manager will serve as a technical writer and content developer and curator that will promote and execute capture strategies aimed at securing government contracts, grants and research programs with various federal agencies aligned with Intel Government Technologies' mission.
The position will be a part of Capture Management team whose mission is to develop a world class Capture and Proposal function that both drives positive customer outcomes and significantly increases business revenue in Intel's high growth technology areas. The team is looking for high performers who can scale processes and operations in unique and novel ways, including leveraging AI/ML. Robust proposal and shaping writing capabilities are a critical differentiator for Intel, so writing compelling and engaging content with the customer's vantage point in mind is paramount to translating Intel's technologies into real world government cutting edge solutions. The Strategic Content Manager will be the leader of translating ideas and concepts within Intel's researcher and engineers' heads into understandable applications, solutions, and value propositions that directly addresses customer needs and inspires their engagement.
The Strategic Content Solutions Manager will also work with key stakeholders to contribute to Capture strategies, plans, solutions, compliance and collaborations that effectively address customers' needs and requirements. The role will have to opportunity to establish trusted relationships and interdependencies with Intel's executives, stakeholders, authors, and partners. The position reports to the Director of Federal Capture Management and is an Individual Contributor role.

Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Developing government proposal and influencing documentation through interviewing and translating knowledge from technical subject matter experts' written and verbal descriptions of technology and solutions as applied to solving customer problems.
Creating communicates persuasive, engaging, and differentiating documentation that clearly communicates value propositions, benefits, and impacts to customers, markets, industry, and national security interests.
Authoring, co-authoring, and ghost-writing whitepapers, position papers unsolicited proposals, thought leadership, and shaping documents.
Developing compelling, differentiating content on competitive RFP proposals, sole source responses, and proactive proposals.
Translating Intel's technology uniqueness and merit into business value and problem-solving solutions that are understandable by non-technical readers.
Creating and applying processes, assets, content libraries, and frameworks to improve and scale company content across the broader Intel business.
Training and coaching authors of similar documents to improve their persuasive writing abilities that directly address customer needs, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
Evaluate, recommend, and potentially lead the implementation new technologies that provide scale, automation, and quality improvement of proposal and influencing documents, including Software and AI/ML for enhanced writing, content, and document creation capabilities.
Create and apply processes, assets, content libraries, technology, and frameworks to improve and scale company content across the broader Intel business.
Experience with developing value propositions for customers to provide solutions to problems.

Qualifications
United States citizenship required. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications:
US Citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in a relevant field such as business, marketing, communications, or a related area with a strong emphasis on technical writing.
6+ years of experience with technical writing, technological translation, proposal writing and strategic content management.
Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in technical or business or a related field.
Experience working on programs with federal information handling and security requirements.
Experience in developing technology solutions
Experience with federal procurement processes, regulations (e.g. FAR/DFARS), and contracting vehicles, including writing proposals for competitive RFPs and sole source solicitations.
Experience in semiconductor technology, industry, and customer engagement.
Active US Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Secret level.

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
