Revenue Analyst
Job Description
The DCAI Revenue Team works with our global business partners to deliver on revenue. The DCAI Revenue Team works with all levels of the organization in both Finance and Non-Finance partners to enable DCAI's sales from both a strategic and process perspective. This role's key responsibilities include driving the close and revenue forecast for DCAI.
The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with our global business partners and to provide them critical business insights. Performing research and develop analysis, forecasting, and optimization methods to improve the quality of DCAI close and forecasting processes.
Learn our strategic business roadmap and associated products and pricing.
Present and interact with DCAI and Sales and Marketing Controllers and management team.
Creates and analyzes financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, financial reports, variance explanations, risk assessments and solutions.
Evaluates accounting and reporting and recommends solutions to ensure the integrity of external and internal reporting.
Identifies, performs, and drives process improvement opportunities in the month end close processes and supports management reporting related to operations performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Passion and an aptitude for business process and systems, be invigorated by new challenges such as learning new technical skills on the job and solving problems without clear or known answers. Ability to work with large, complex data sets and draw conclusions from data and recommend actions.
Demonstrated leadership, self-direction, and ability to work independently.
Proven business partnership across different organizations and geographical locations.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into management level summaries.
Track-record of meeting critical time-sensitive deadlines in an ambiguous and dynamic fast paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and handle multiple projects, competing priorities and deliverables under tight turn-around times.
Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong desire for action orientation.
Passion for process improvement including evaluation of process breakdowns and overall health.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related field.
3+ years of experience in a related field.
1+ years of experience in revenue or closing and forecasting.
Advanced English level.
Advanced MS Office skills (especially in Microsoft Excel)
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI, BPC, Advanced Modeling.
Willingness to optimize Data including but not limited to Power BI, Automation, and Predictive Financial Modeling.
