Demand Generation Manager
Job Description
In Q4 2023, Intel announced Altera® will be reported as a separate business unit beginning on January 1, 2024, with ongoing support from Intel. This position is associated to that standalone business strategy and is expected to fully transition to a standalone company at some time in the future.
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive our B2B marketing efforts and generate qualified leads that fuel revenue growth. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who can develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize lead generation strategies, and collaborate with sales teams to nurture prospects through the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital ads, webinars, and content marketing, to drive top-of-funnel leads. Including the following:
Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage automated workflows to nurture leads through the buying journey, leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification, follow-up processes, and feedback loops to improve lead quality and conversions.
Content Development: Partner with the content, product marketing and business units' teams to develop and promote engaging, technical content tailored to customer pain points and Altera’s value proposition.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Marketing Technology: Manage the marketing automation platform and define integrations into CRM to ensure smooth operations, data integrity, and campaign execution.
Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI optimization.
Qualifications
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Education requirements and minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years’ experience of marketing communications for a B2B company or digital marketing agency.
2+ years’ experience using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lead generation, email marketing, webinars, trade shows, branding, creative design, videos, paid media, and social media.
Experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably for an FPGA company.
