Graduate Talent (Stress Labs Planning Engineer)
Job Description
Stress Labs Engineering and Operations (SEO) Planners are responsible for a broad scope of work across the SEO organization and core stakeholder groups outside of SEO.
- The scope of this position involves capacity and execution planning in a dynamic technology development environment to ensure optimal execution of Product Qualification experiments.
- Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform day to day planning execution
- Prepare and track schedules to meet our goals
- Develop, track, and automate indicators
- Define execution priorities
- Design, improve and/or automate internal planning processes to increase efficiency
- Generate work orders for unit processing
- Manage and control inventory of High Value units- Coordinate receiving/shipment of units
- Generate reports of test results
- Project Management for small and medium projects
- Work closely with Volume Lab Operations to ensure on time execution aligned to schedules and needs
- Selected candidate may work in automation of processes/reports and/or data analysis of electrical test results if aligned with candidate's background.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Operation Research, Applied Statistic, Math Modelling, or related field.
- English proficiency is required.- Problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel knowledge.
- Effectively utilize logic, data and reason to develop alternative solutions, implementation strategies and monitor outcome performance to ensure desired results are achieved (Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle).Preferred Qualifications:- Understanding of Manufacturing flows and automation.
- Advanced Sharepoint knowledge including Power Automate and PowerBI.- Experience with data extraction, analysis and visualization techniques.
- Knowledge or experience in RPA.
- Automation through VBA scripting and MS Access knowledge.
- Experience developing code and/or scripts in a structured approach.
- Experience with semi-conductor fab and/or assembly/test tool sets and manufacturing.
- Understanding of computer architecture and microprocessor testing techniques.
- Experience with ISO9001 requirements and auditing.
- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
