Business Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Influences and partners with BU leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and execute an effective human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Manages the Human Resources (HR) strategy including identifying, aligning, and optimizing the HR programs, processes, and services enabling business success.
Primary Work Location: Penang or Kulim
