IT Cutover Lead
Job Description
Join Intel Supply Chain IT as a IT Cutover Lead! The IT Cutover Lead applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project. Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Cutover Management: Lead and manage all aspects of the cutover process, ensuring a smooth transition from the legacy system to the new SAP S/4 ERP system.
Status Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the progress of cutover activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with the cutover process and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders across the program, ensuring their requirements are met and their concerns are appropriately addressed.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the project team, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the success of the program.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related degree and 9+ years of experience in:
SAP or ERP led transformation, with a focus on system transformation projects.
End-to-end cutover management, status tracking, and reporting.
SAP S/4 HANA ERP.
Project planning and other tools.
Identify dependencies and refine plan accordingly.
Needs to have worked on cutovers with very short blackout durations.
This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing large detailed cutover sequence of events in a tool (Microsoft Project).
Experience in leading cutover activities in large scale program implementation (Blue Yonder/BY/ i2/JDA or other planning tools or S4/Oracle or other ERP tools).

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.Posting End Date
