About the Role: 
We are looking for innovative and highly motivated Analog/RF test engineer with strong Analog/RF/mmW test equipment knowledge and RFIC test experiences. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop and configure test equipment (hardware/software/automation)in support of analog/RF/mmW IC performance characterization.
Operate wafer probe station to collect statistic data of target RFIC blocks such as LNA, PA, and VCO.
Perform probe calibration, de-embedding of parasitics to ensure accurate high frequency measurement. 
Evaluate and select RF components and equipment to support RF/mmW product test.
Build automatic flow for post-data process for efficient data analysis. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate foundry service ecosystem development

As a successful candidate you must possesses:

Good understanding of transmission line theory. 
Strong skill of s-parameter measurement of RF/mmW matching techniques. 
Strong experience of test equipment calibration and de-embedding techniques. 
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in the field of Electrical or Electronic Engineering or any STEM related degree or a master's degree in electrical or electronic engineering or any STEM related with 1+ year of experience
1+ years of experience working in lab environment with a focus on Analog/RF/mmW (millimeter wave) wafer probe station bring up and operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

 In-depth knowledge and experience of Analog/RF test equipment including signal analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer, vector network analyzer.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $105,797.00-$175,105.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
