DFT Engineer

Who are we

Client Communication Division (CCD) working on the development of the Thunderbolt/LAN(ETH) technology. Most of our development groups are on site,  Arch, design, backend, verification & post Silicon.

The DFT Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies. The role involves collaborating with design engineers to ensure that testability features are integrated into the IC design, developing test plans, and working with test engineers to create test programs.

Responsibilities & Duties

The position includes taking part in the development of the next generation DFT technologies and working closely with a wide range of Intel groups and aspects - chip design, backend, verification, and production testing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore the unique world for DFT:

•        DFT Architecture

•        Digital logic design using Verilog

•        RTL and Gate-Level debug & simulations

•        Developing functional verification tests

•        Execution of Verilog tests automation/regression

•        Post silicon debug over system and ATE

Qualifications

• BSc. in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in Verilog including behavior model construction and verification - highly desired.
• Familiar with scripting language like Perl/Python/Tcl in Unix environment
• Experience in post silicon debug and bring-up on the ATE – an advantage.
• Self-Starter with strong multitasking and communication skills.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
