As a SoC Program Manager, the Ideal candidate will:

  • Aid in the development, definition, and execution of POR that include schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks/mitigation.

  • Maintain and update detailed schedules with a thorough understanding of dependency management, key milestones, including critical path analysis

  • Own implementation and enforcement of quality metrics, technical indicators and dashboards

  • Provide independent assessment of IP health and early indicators when work is not on track

  • Facilitate Execution meetings and reviews.

  • Drive consistency in program management tasks across the organization

  • Proactively identify program issues and risks. Lead the resolution of issues. Drive the mitigation of risks.

  • Maintain and drive issues with Project Engineering Computing

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM degree and 8+ years industry experience, or

Masters Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM degree and 5+ years industry experience

  • 5+ years of proven technical experience in HW Engineering and/or Silicon Program Management

  • Understand aspects of Silicon Design (RTL, Validation, Design-for-Test, Structural Design)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading and running cross-site cross-group forums

  • Familiarity with Execution processes and quality metrics

  • Prefer certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is helpful

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $144,501.00-$217,311.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
