Business Operation Intern

Job Description

1. Daily operational support for the team, including the revenue, cost, spending tracking and analyzing, operational indicator tracking and reporting, etc.
2. Team communication and promotion, including the draft of newsletter, project summary/highlights, etc.
3. Daily admin support for department managers, including meeting room booking, device purchasing, etc.
4. Department event organization and coordination: business meetings, team building event, celebration party, etc;
5. Facilitate the hiring and training of the department

Qualifications

1. Be open and creative with good team-work spirit
2. Good at both spoken and writing English
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office, esp. Outlook, Excel, PPT, PowerBI
4. Able to work at least 4 days per week, for at least 6 months, can start working ASAP
5. Can work independently with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
6. Basic accounting/finance knowledge is a plus
7. Former experience in multinational company or organization, management experience is a plus
