Job Description


This position involves leading a team to develop and maintain spice models, while working in a highly interactive team environment with the following responsibilities:
* Lead the team in analyzing and developing modeling methodologies that accurately represent silicon measurements.
* Actively manage the team's roles and responsibilities to ensure PDK models are delivered in a timely manner with high quality.


Qualifications


You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related field with an emphasis in semiconductor device physics. 2. 10 years of experience in (1) developing spice models, (2) corner models and performing statistical analysis of silicon data 3. Good interpersonal written and verbal communication skills in English and an ability to work well in a team environment. Additional Desired Qualifications: 1. Experience in python scripting.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
