Intel is positioned to foster innovative business models and monetize our capabilities, whether through developing new solutions, partnering within the industry, or offering custom silicon solutions when necessary. This includes revenue sharing, co-selling/reselling software or services, and delivering tailored silicon designs to meet specific customer needs.

As a NBC Software and Services Sales Operations Analyst you will help us create, execute and transform our internal business operations processes and tools to enable emerging business models with quote to cash capabilities, licensing processes, contract negotiations, revenue, reporting, customer enablement, etc.

This role may span markets ranging from client, server, retail, automotive, industrial, banking, medical and building opportunities to name a few. If you have operations analyst experience and an eye for detail revolving around ways to improve our SW and Services operational execution process, this may be a great fit for you.

This role will additionally focus on developing services order to cash enterprise business processes, learning and becoming an expert in the operations user interface and executing the processes needed for Intel's software and service revenue streams.

Candidate will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of Intel software and services business processes, influence subject matter experts on best practices for process execution, and help influence the future capability roadmap.

The position's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with Business Development and Operations, Finance, IT, Contract Management, Legal, Program Managers, Sales, Global Supply Chain and SW and Services infrastructure development teams.

  • You will need to collaborate and influence Customer Business Analysts, Finance, Corporate Credit, and must be good to coordinate a virtual team.

  • You will be the driving force for executing the business processes which ultimately contribute to Intel's revenue software and services business.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, supply chain or related fields OR equivalent 6+ years of experience in addition to:

  • 3+ Experience in order to cash process execution.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables).

  • Advanced English level.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Finance, Planning/Supply Chain and/or revenue systems.

  • 2+ years of experience with Aria Systems or SAP user interface(s).

  • 2+ years of experience with SAP Order to Cash.

  • 2+ years of data Analytics, automation or project management certifications.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
