Job Description


  • Able to drive project independently to improve module overall performance through process/detection capability to prevent quality excursion, likewise; metrology vision capability enhancement, equipment fingerprinting, exploring and implement next level PCS monitoring.
  • Being data driven and able to use data analytical skill and structural problem solving to propose best solution, drive towards implementation with very minimum supervision.
  • Responsible for process and equipment daily sustaining activities such as excursion management, work closely with shift operation to implement containment for excursion or yield issue.
  • Attending to ES/PM crew escalations with regards to tool hard down and able to perform equipment troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance to ES/PM crew to improve their technical competency in both process and equipment.
  • Execute engineering activities, track relevant module daily indicators, support NPI activities be it product owner or equipment owner to ensure no impact to NPI schedule.
  • A person with strong team work mindset.
  • Required Skills: Strong vision knowledge Data analytical skill Structural Problem Solving.
  • Require to work following 7x24 CWW shift calendar.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor Degree / Master in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Material Science / Science Chemical, Physic.
  • Fresh graduates can apply or with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Experience and knowledgeable in Mechanical Placement, Vision, Fluid Dynamic, or Thermal Dynamics will be added advantages.
  • Discipline and Positive learning attitude.
