About the Group Foundry Technology Development (TD) is the heart and soul of Moore's Law at Intel. Responsibilities As the site manager of the Foundational IP (FIP) Enablement and Support organization in Bengaluru, you will build the team in India, establish organizational processes, team structure, and continue expanding the team. You will work closely with your counterparts in the US on identifying obstacles on the path towards delivering best in class technology platform to the Foundry internal and external customers. You will focus on the FIP segment of the technology platform consisting of memory compilers, custom memories, Analog and Mixed Signals IPs and standard cell libraries. You will provide management and technical guidance to a team of application support engineers, set clear priorities, identify gaps in training and continue evolving team capabilities. You will be a part of a growing organization and will have opportunity to establish and continuously improve organizational processes and expand team's offering in the enablement, customization and applications enhancing ease of use of our technology platform. This position requires technical experience in SoC design and understanding of IC manufacturing process.

Qualifications


Required Skills � BSEE or equivalent with 8 to 15+ years of relevant experience. � Provent track record of building organizations and evolving organizational capabilities in one or more of the following domains: SoC, ASIC, IP or FIP design, Application Support Engineering for EDA or IP, DTCO, process technology development. � Understanding of the FIP ecosystem and standard engineering practices. (Reliability/Variation/Low Power Design). � Knowledge of Soc design methodology, FIP, IC manufacturing and process technology. � Motivation to establish and continuously improve organizational processes. � Customer orientation and experience with prioritization and execution under pressure. � Experience communicating at different levels within organizations, customers and suppliers. � Experience working in cross-functional teams and Technical Program Management. Ways to stand out � Experience with several project management systems (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). � Experience managing an Application Support Engineering teams in EDA or IP design domains. � Experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management. � Experience with advanced IC manufacturing process nodes. � Experience working in a foundry or EDA industry.

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
