This role requires the ability to work across internal Agency Inside teams, with our external digital agency production partners, and with internal stakeholders.

Agency Inside is Intel's in-house creative & production group where we are building a world-class agency with people who are experts in developing and managing large scale global advertising and marketing programs from inception to market launch across channels television, digital, social media, retail marketing, B2B campaigns and more. We are a new organization and we are growing our agency with people who want to build and grow with us. As a senior project manager, you will be required to think like an owner, track and adjust project schedules, proactively identify issues and suggest solutions, motivate your team, and drive momentum and results. The ideal candidate can move seamlessly between multiple projects, has strong people and communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.

- Understand how an agency works: Must have creative agency experience - Deep understanding of digital trends and environments - Understand the end-to-end digital production process from IA to UX to visual design and development - Strong experience on large cross-channel initiatives across media, both online and off, and a mastery of web production and the capabilities within digital channels - Comfortable working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment: Must be able to work effectively in both "one-on-one" and team environments with the ability to communicate across multiple levels within the organization - Problem solver: Need to have managed through complicated production issues and have the ability to problem solve - Proven project management experience: Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and manage expectations and manage upward - Relationship building: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across teams and with external production partners - Communication skills: Be a natural communicator with strong written and presentation skills - Early adopter of technology: The stuff we make is really cool. Using products with Intel technology is key to understanding the product benefits - Sense of humor: We like to have fun while we work Job Responsibilities: - Partner with digital account manager to develop creative briefs and project schedules to ensure that proper information and direction is given - Partner with the digital creative team and agency production partners to execute on creative briefs according to schedules - Evaluate agency recommendations and the Digital Marketing team strategies and add value to the programs - Manage reviews, approvals, feedback and input from multiple stakeholders - Work with manager to continue to define and refine the role Experience: - Bachelor Degree Required-7+ years of deep digital experience - Creative agency experience managing digital deliverables a must - Familiarity with content management platforms required, AEM experience preferred - Diverse marcom experience, including traditional and experiential advertising a plus
