Power and Signal Integrity Design Manager for Serv

Job Description
You should possess a Master of Microowave or Electronic Engineering degree with seven years relevant experience, or a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering degree with ten years relevant experience and five years of managerial experiences. Experience with server mother board design, signal integrity, Power integrity, Validation EA. Additional qualifications include: -Solid knowledge and Experience on Intel PDG, signal integrity, Power integrity, simulation, correlation and board level validation Electrical Analysis, etc.-Experiences on silicon, package design, and Power integrity is a plus-Strong managerial skills for performance management, motivating the team etc.-Strong experience in leading hardware development teams delivering multi-generations baseboard and system product -Excellent in multifunctional communication.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English-Good experience in Multi-Geo collaboration, stakeholder management-Good experience on ODM Outsourced Design Manufacturing management -Engineering process development and improvement, efficiency improvement


Qualifications

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a Signal integrity and Power Integrity team which works with server hardware design team to deliver next generation x86 server reference and commercial boards and systems in Data Center Engineering Group DEG. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -Be responsible for planning, providing resources for and directs activities in engineering functions to meet schedules, establish deadlines, make & meet commitments.-Setting engineering direction and ensuring execution to that direction -Leading the team to develop board hardware, and total system solutions-Managing ODM counterpart teams and building relationship-Hiring, developing and manager a team of 7-15 engineers-Performance managing, motivating and developing the team-Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values and behaviors -Provide guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues
