BKC power and performance engineer
Datacenter Engineering Group DEG BKC power and performance Engineer is to conduct or participate in server platform/Si Power and Performance analysis, debug, measurement and issue shooting. With collaboration with internal partners, required to provide solutions with fine-tuned server platform that align with the projection/target of performance. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-Analyzing benchmark/KPI bottleneck issue debugging and communicating results with key stakeholders.- Interacting with architecture, software integration team, driver development teams and BIOS teams in performance issue-Work with various partners to enhance and improve performance on IA server by analyzing issues in BIOS improvements, software drivers and applications, implementing software improvements, and recommending future hardware and software improvements.-Candidates should have excellent planning, organization, presentation, and communication skills, and the ability to deal with highly complex systems and apply analytical problem solving.

-Experience of Windows and/or Linux power and performance benchmark tuning and issue debugging-Good knowledge about Windows/Linux OS, including kernel, stack and driver-Familiar with different issue debugging methodology and tool, e.g. ITP, WPA, VTune-Proficient in C and at least one script language, such as Python or Shell-Good knowledge to IA hardware and IA based power and performance philosophy-Strong at analytical problem solving
