We are looking for a manager to lead the Operations team in the RealSense Group.

What you will own:
Responsible for managing the Operations team consisting of NPI, Supply Chain, Production and Engineering functions.
Accountable and responsible for planning, procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
Vendor management - manage relationships, contracts and negotiations with vendors locally and globally. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.
Manage product yield and cost and drive opportunities for cost reduction.
Must be able to deep dive into technical details to find gaps and solutions.
Drive process improvements as required both internally and with vendor to meet product goals and schedules.
Bsc/Msc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
10-15 years of experience in managing supply chain, NPI and production
Experience in managing operations for technology products through all phases from NPI to mass production to sustaining end End-of-Life
Experience in a global environment, particularly with managing vendors and factory operations
5+ years of management experience
