Sales & Marketing Intern (f/m)

Job Description

This is a 12 month internship opportunity expected start date 1st of July, supporting the Cisco Global Account Team for Europe, Middle-East, and Africa (EMEA). You will help the team across a broad range of marketing activities and sales enablement programs with the customer, preparing presentations, going to customer visits, leading international communication projects, preparing marketing campaigns, doing marketing research activities and data analysis.

Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Event management tasks

·         Work with external vendors including ownership of internal budgets

·         Help on the preparation of training and sales materials for our customer Cisco

·         Support and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns with our customer

·         Prepare newsletter and other information material to distribute internally

·         Interact with customers for support or preparation of activities

·         Work with other departments for coordination of activities


Qualifications

Main qualifications are:

• Student of International Business, Business Administration or related, preferably in an advanced stage of studies
• Comfortable working in self motivating environment
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English is an absolute must, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office Programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Additional qualifications include:

• Project management experience
• Customer orientation
• Experience with CRM tools is an additional asset, specially Salesforce knowledge
• Previous experience in sales and marketing would be an additional advantage
• German language is an additional asset
• Background in computing technologies is a plus
• Willingness to learn, creativity and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a fast-changing environment
