IT Support Specialist
Responsible for the distribution, installation, operations, and troubleshooting of site distributed computing environment. Participate in hardware/software projects and deployment plans. Analyze work group systems and recommend solutions. Execute production processes. Perform/manage changes to servers/environment. Manage virus protection procedures on server. Drive day to day business needs by managing processes and/or workflow. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment. As part of the CRDX GPS Organization candidate would be Responsible for providing 24/7 on-call level 2 production support on a rotational basis. L2 support would include end user interactions, data analysis, analytical & problem solving by working with the Level 1 production support team / end users and other stake holders as needed. Candidate will manage the life cycle of the issues raised working with the partner teams Candidate should demonstrate ability to be a hands-on in all aspects of support activities and adhere to the Org level goals / processes in the production support domain Should have the ability to work with technical lead and product owners to modify and deliver and maintain application code. - Responsible for effectively documenting and articulating repeated issues - Own basic testing for all the applications during minor upgrades / infrastructure check outs Responsible for adhering to the ITIL framework

Candidate must have a Bachelor / Master's degree in any stream. Experience/Skills:a college graduate with the knowledge on key Microsoft technologies - .Net, Web application & Web services development with MS SQL Server 2012. Candidate must be strong team player , Self-driven and self-motivated Knowledgeable and passionate about customer satisfaction and user experience best practices Must have good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
