We're looking for motivated and results oriented professionals who want to be part of Intel's evolution. We're currently offering a temporary position to start within the next few weeks and stay with us till the end of December 2017. In this position, you will become the point of contact for complex Human Resource questions typically from Intel employees or Business HR partners. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Responding to questions verbally or in writing (Phone, Chat or Web) regarding HR guidelines and interpretations (for example, HR guidelines, stock, retirement services, relocation, payroll, and others). - Applying problem solving skills to assist in resolving the immediate issue, and partnering with other regions and representatives to determine if systemic problems exist with current processes. - Demonstrating high individual performance and outstanding customer service. - Managing several independent tasks with limited direction. - Maintaining a strong commitment to a highly interactive team. - Providing coaching, influencing, and/or disputing resolution strategies to employees, managers, and/or Business HR partners. - Resolving process breakdowns and/or improvements within employee services. - Providing a high degree of availability to customers and dealing with difficult people and unforeseen issues Interacting with all grade levels of the Intel employee population with excellent customer service.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications-Bach degree and/or two to three years of relevant experience in HR or 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Services and Over 90% of excellent level of English
Preferred Qualifications- Experience attending HR Guidelines, stock, retirement services, relocation, payroll and others. Demonstrate critical thinking skills such as the ability to quickly identify relevant information, define and analyze problems, establish decision-making parameters, manage through data, influence, consult, and recommend solutions to design teams. - Content knowledge of HR functional areas (for example, benefits, compensation, staffing, payroll, and others) is desired.
