This is a commissioned sales position. You will have the opportunity to drive Team Alibaba's high priority Cloud Sales development efforts. As the Team Alibaba Cloud SDM, you will be responsible for managing the global sales business development growth initiatives for Alibaba Cloud business. As the conduit to Intel's Field and Sales channels, you will educate and accelerate sales on solutions with Alibaba Cloud. This is a critical role on Team Alibaba, as it directly contributes to Intel's strategy to power the cloud and drive the increasingly smart, connected world. This role will be part of Team Alibaba Go-To-Market Team and you will work alongside the Data Center Field Sales Engineer FSE, the global DC Cloud Market Development Manager MDM and the global Industry Sales Group ISG Enterprise Teams. The key focus of this position is to scale Alibaba Cloud business on Intel by working closely with the X-functional stakeholders i.e. Data Center Group DCG Marketing Team, Global Marketing Communications GMC Team, Industry Sales Group ISG, Alibaba Cloud, Global System Integrators other key partners. Role requires partnering with Alibaba Sales and Technology Teams and developing a 'win-win' strategic growth agenda. Responsible for developing a global Cloud Sales plan that drives sales enablement, accelerate joint sales Proof of Concepts PoCs, partner across Intel's Field Sales and train them on the better together value prop. In addition drive sell with efforts to develop joint vertical strategy messaging alignment with Alibaba Cloud, identify joint sales pipeline and accelerate deals through programs, resources, investments.

1. Bachelor's in Engineering or Business required. Masters is a plus2. Minimum five year experience influencing and managing customer relationships in a sales and/or business development capacity3. Must have experience in the Cloud Data Center business with a solid understanding of the System Integrator Characteristics 4. Successful candidate must be self-starter with a positive attitude and collaboration skills working across different functions. Ability to take ownership, problem solve and drive extraordinary results5. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must, as you will be expected to proactively engage and effectively communicate externally and internally on sales programs.6. Strategic big picture thinker and with an analytical mindset - Understanding of Enterprise Server, Cloud, Big Data/AI, Networking and IOT market initiatives. Knowledge of Alibaba Cloud strategy in these areas a plus
